TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Pricing Policy

  2. All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, and cesses as per the prevailing laws.

  3. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices and will be added at checkout.

  4. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  5. In case of a pricing error that is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as incorrect, we are not obligated to honor such prices, even if a shipping confirmation has already been issued.

  6. Invoice

  7. A printed invoice will be provided along with your shipment upon delivery of the product(s). 

  8. Taxes

  9. All orders placed through the Snakers website are subject to applicable Indian tax laws, including but not limited to GST, customs duties (if applicable), and other government-imposed cesses or levies.

  10. Exchange / Return / Refund Policy

  11. We offer an exchange window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

  12. Returns

  13. We currently do not accept returns on any products purchased from Snakers.


  14. Exchanges

  15. You may exchange your order within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  16. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  17. Items that appear used, washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.

  18. Reverse pickup will only be arranged upon approval by our Customer Experience Team.

  19. If you receive a defective product, please send clear images of the item to Snakersindia@gmail.com.

  20. Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 7 business days of confirmation.

  21. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging while returning.

  22. Shipping

  23. As we do not operate our own delivery fleet, we rely on reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others.

  29. Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

  30. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer service team will call you to confirm the order before it is processed.

  31. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.

  32. Orders that are already in processing or shipped status cannot be cancelled.

  33. For any changes in the order (like size, color, or address), please contact us before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.


  34. Refund Policy

  35. As a policy, we do not provide refunds for any purchases made from Snakers.

  36. Only eligible exchanges may be processed upon approval, as per the conditions stated above.

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Snakers


Order Processing & Shipping :


All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of placement (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to your registered address.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and pin code, typically ranging from 2 to 6 working days post-dispatch.


Undelivered Items :


If a delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address or contact information, or Missed delivery attempts by the courier,

The product will be returned to our warehouse. Once received:


In case of prepaid orders, we will contact you to reship the product or issue store credit, valid for 50 days.


Cancellation Policy :

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns & Exchange Policy :


We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we offer exchange under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues and are subject to product inspection and approval.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Snakers reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product fails the quality check.


Exchange Process & Fees :

  • We provide only one exchange per order, so please check sizing carefully.
  • A flat ₹250 exchange fee applies. This covers reverse pickup and re-delivery costs via our logistics partners.
  • The replacement product will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • The full exchange process may take 7–9 working days.


Exceptions :

  • If your pin code falls under a non-serviceable area for reverse pickup, you will be asked to ship the item back using a local courier. In such cases, no exchange fee will be charged.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers are not eligible for exchange.
